With a background that spans the beauty industry, business consulting, and real estate, Laycee built Executive Beauty Suites to solve a problem she saw everywhere. Talented professionals were working hard but stuck inside systems that limited their income, their freedom, and their ability to grow. She created a model that gives beauty professionals private studio ownership, business education, and a supportive community so they can build careers on their own terms.

Through Beauty and the Boss Consulting, Laycee also mentors business owners on strategy, systems, marketing, and leadership, helping them move from overwhelmed to organized and profitable. Her work focuses on creating businesses that support real life, not the other way around.
